Step 4, Change the Output Settings
You can change the output path by clicking the folder icon right behind "Export to…" box.
Select "MP4" in the "Export format", and then you can change the video and audio settings with "Settings" tab. If it is not in need, just keep it by default.
Step 5, Start conversion
Click "Convert" to start to convert the files on the file list to the output folder.
