After starting Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate, follow these steps to convert video, audio files or DVD to other formats for mobile devices, including iPad, iPod, iPhone, Zune, PSP, other mobile phones and portable video players, or for burning to DVD.

Step 1: Load files

You can click the buttons to load video or DVD files, or just drag the files to the file list for conversion.

Add Video

Click the Add video button to load all supported video and audio files. Click the arrow button and select Load files from device to load the video files from the devices connected to the computer.

Tips:

Drag the file on the list to move it up and down.

Click the Destination file to rename to output file.

Double-click the file on the list to preview.

You can also right-click the video file and select Convert file with Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate from the shortcut menu to load the video file.

Load DVD

Click the button Load DVD to load DVD file. After selecting a DVD to import, you will see a DVD Loader dialog box. You can choose to load the whole movie or part of the movie by selecting certain scenes.

Tips:

Click the Audio Track button to select an audio track if there are more tracks.

Click the Subtitle button to choose other subtitle if there are more selections; or select Add subtitle to add a plug-in subtitle.

Download online video

Click the button Download online video to open the dialog box Add URL. Enter the URL of the online video and click Add to add the URL to the download list, click OK to start downloading all videos and add the videos to the file list.

Step 2: Edit video (Optional)

If you do not want to edit the video, please skip this step.

Select a video or DVD title from the file list, and click the Edit video button. You can crop the video, change video effect, add a watermark or a plug in subtitle into the video file in the Video Edit window.

Step 3: Custom output settings

Click the Advanced button to choose an output format and define the detail setting for the profile. Click Tools > Customize Profile to customize the profiles listed.

Step 4: Start conversion

Click Start to start conversion. Click Find Target to open the folder where the output files are saved.

Tip: You can select Shutdown My Computer from the list of After Conversion to shutdown the computer or Open the output folder to open find the output file after finishing the conversion. The option is available after starting the conversion.
