How to Publish a FLV video file on your website
FLV means Flash video, and today it’s one of the most popular formats to play on web pages. Why is it so? There are plenty of reasons.

Choose a FLV format and preset
Click the Advanced tab and from the Output format drop-down menu, choose Flash (flv).

Your choice determines the quality of the streamed video. The higher quality you set, the bigger video file you get. To provide smooth playback for your friends, estimate what kind of connections most of them use. We recommend the “75% Quality (H.263; MP3 - 64Kbps)” preset for a comfortable viewing. Click on the Advanced settings to change video parameters. Set the width and the height or adjust the quality of your video by moving the Image quality slider. |

That’s all there is to it. Your video is published on your webpage. Just click to play it.
